I bought the book through kobo.com for $12.99 and was able to get it for free with points. And yes, I have registered. Sending hugs and love and support.

I offered to sponsor books, but nobody has reached out. If you have a fund, let me know where to send, and I will make a contribution toward tonight and/or next time.

Hi Elissa, I purchased the book and registered. Regarding the plan that everyone will buy a book on the same day to create a NYT Bestseller, my understanding is that is based on certain bookstores that the NYT doesn't share. I don't know if Amazon purchases would help a book achieve that status. Lots to plan and think about moving forward but I have faith - like you - that it's possible.

Mimi, I'm almost positive Amazon sales (especially pre-sales) count toward the NYT 5,000 book minimum—plus, as much as I dislike Amazon, the more copies a book sells there the higher the book's visibility.

Speaking of books: yours is on my TBR list and I can't wait to read it!

We want to register but it will take me awhile to get proof of purchase from Chapters/Indigo Canada. (We aren't buying from US companies right now because...you can guess.) and then not sure how to show proof? I for sure want the book for my grandkids! And me actually!
